We can be onsite once you have scheduled a support ticket, and provide support for your client. We provide hardware support onsite, your IT staff or tier 2+ team can then log in and access the equipment. Once we have completed our task at the site we send your invoice to you via email.
On-Demand support is based on 10-Day payment terms. Monthly support agreements are based on 30-day payment terms.
