We are centrally located in Tokyo and can get to most locations within the city limits within an hour. Our tech support facility is equipped to monitor online systems, remotely administer systems and provide emergency services in the event of earthquake damage.
Onsite Support For Your Client or Branches In Tokyo
We can be onsite once you have scheduled a support ticket, and provide support for your client. We provide hardware support onsite, your IT staff or tier 2+ team can then log in and access the equipment. Once we have completed our task at the site we send your invoice to you via email.
Invoicing
On-Demand support is based on 10-Day payment terms. Monthly support agreements are based on 30-day payment terms.

Small Office Setup
When moving to a new location we can help you get your office setup.
Please inquire for service. We will need the location and move-in date to get started. If the building already has internet connection we could set up necessary equipment to get you up and running and maintain all of your tech support needs during your setup.
PC Repair
Windows based PCs and Laptops occasionally need repairs and upgrading. Home users are welcome to inquire regarding repairs and upgrading where services are fairly low priced. This service on-demand product repair service is perfect for home users who do not want to buy a new computer but rather keep their existing hardware working at peek performance.
Broken hardware can be repaired as long as the parts can be still be sourced. Keyboards, hard drives, fans, CPUs, power supplies etc, are essential parts that need to be replaced when repair is required. We do have access to a variety of sources providing these parts.
Hardware inspection is free. Traveling fees are applied. Door to door service also requires appointment only.
The fastest way to get service is for you to bring your hardware to our office location located in Azabu Juban, to get free hardware inspection with no traveling expenses.
You pay what we pay for parts. Service is billed at home user Per Service Hour (PSH) rates. Please inquire.
Windows Refresh of your OS
Problems occur with PCs all the time. Word of wisdom–the longer you use the Windows OS, the slower your computer will become over time.
