Basic tech support that covers desktop support, software support, hardware upgrades, installations and troubleshooting. This service would also include a variety of special tech support tasks. Support On-Demand offers complete access to our tech support team with no contracts or long term obligations. This is the retail version of technical support. Upon completion of the tasks we invoice the customer the same day. This service requires 10-day term payment.
Monthly Support Plan
This covers all the same service that Support On-Demand does. In addition we could easily provide an onsite technician under outsourcing terms when necessary to act as a project manager for special assignments. We could also provide on-going maintenance of existing networks and equipment you are currently using. Monthly support is slightly less expensive than Support On-Demand because of retainer arrangements. You could choose 10, 20, 40, or 60 hours a month of tech support depending on how great your need is. Your billing would reflect these hours whether you use them or not. Pricing would be based on the kind of support you will need.
Here are a few recommendations that could meet your needs in terms of monthly support:
10-20 Workers – 10 Hours of Support Monthly
20-30 Workers – 20 Hours of Support Monthly (depending on support level)
30-50 Workers – 40 Hours of Support Monthly (depending on support level)
